As one of the required practice courses for Master of Technology Transfer and Tech-Finance MBA of Antai College of Economics and Management (ACEM), Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), the series of "Haoran Lecture" make an important part of the innovative talent training mode of SJTU-BOC Institute of Technology and Finance. The lectures focus on key fields critical to the national economy and people's lives and invite academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, academic experts and industry leaders to share hot topics in the frontier and discuss the future trend, building a learning and exchange platform for students to understand the trajectory of tech-finance development and the prospect of commercialization of scientific and technological achievements on one hand, and on the other, providing more models in terms of talent co-cultivation by innovative entities in industry, education and academic research for implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country by science and technology and strengthening the country by talents.

The "Haoran Lecture" series are exclusively available to all students of SJTU-BOC Institute of Technology and Finance, which consist of the "Academician" special series with academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering as speakers and three sub-series: "Knowing", "Practicing" and "Vision", which target three concentrations respectively: basic science and cutting-edge technology, commercial application and industrial practice, and macro environment and policy analysis. With a focus on key industries and fields, the lectures will discuss relevant topics which embody the "two-way empowerment of technology and finance", such as scientific and technological innovation, investment and financing, technology transfer, etc.
